Booking Details:

When a booking is made all the details will be emailed to you for confirmation. Once you have confirmed these details we will proceed to confirm the booking with the principal(s) or supplier(s). Please check all names, dates and timings are correct, note the booking conditions and advise us immediately of any errors. Please ensure that the names given are the same as in the relevant passport. Any changes to these details will incur cancellation and amendment charges as advised at the time of booking.

Payment

You will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment for your booking at the time of booking. Where you only pay a deposit you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you. If full payment is not received by the balance due date, we will notify the supplier who may cancel your booking and charge the cancellation fees set out in their terms and conditions. Except where otherwise advised or stated in the booking conditions of the supplier concerned, all monies you pay to us for arrangements will be held on behalf of the supplier(s) concerned.

Prices Increase

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. Airline tax and fuel surcharges may be amended at any time and the passenger will be liable for any increases.
Amendments
Whilst we do our utmost to accommodate any changes that you may make after receiving your contract, such changes are subject to availability and where permitted by the carrier. These changes attract a GBP30 administration fee plus any additional costs these changes may incur. If the travel arrangements have been "issued" on "non-changeable" special fares, we will not be able to make any modifications to your travel itinerary. Any amendments made within eight (8) weeks of departure will follow the cancellation fee schedule (See below). Name changes or departure changes are not always permitted by the carrier and may be treated by them as cancellations and charged accordingly. If airline tickets have been issued in this instance, any changes made to the booking may mean that you will have to pay for the cancelled ticket and purchase a new ticket at full cost.

Cancellation by you

In case of cancellation from your part, please note that certain travel arrangements may be non-refundable. Written notification must be received, since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will need to pay our administration charge of £100 per person per booking (or such other amount specified in your travel documents). In addition to our administration charge, you will have to pay the travel service provider’s applicable cancellation charges.
If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim these charges from your travel insurer. Refunds will only be made available to the person named on the booking payment receipt, unless otherwise agreed in writing by all travellers listed on a booking.

Change or cancellation of your booking by us

Occasionally we may have to operate changes to your original booking. We do not accept any liability or costs incurred that may result from these changes, other than in accordance with the Package Travel Regulations. Most of these changes will be minor and we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date.
We will advise you of the carrier operating each flight in your itinerary. Any changes to the carrier after you have received your tickets will be notified to you as soon as possible and in all cases at check-in or at the boarding gate. Please note that carriers may be subject to change. Such a change is deemed to be a minor change. Other examples of minor changes include alteration of your flight departure time by less than 12 hours, changes to aircraft type and change of accommodation to a comparable or higher standard. We are not giving compensation in respect of minor changes.
In certain circumstances we or a travel service provider may be required to cancel your travel arrangements (for example, if the minimum number of travellers required for a tour or excursion is not reached or for reasons of force majeure, pandemic or epidemic illness or if you fail to pay the final balance). In these circumstances (except where you have failed to pay the final balance) you can either have a refund of all money paid or, if available, accept an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us (we will not refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value).

Under EU law (EC 261/2004) you have rights in some circumstances to refunds or compensation from your airline in cases of denied boarding, cancellation or delay to flights. Details of these rights are published at EU airports and are also available from your airline. However, reimbursement by an airline of the cost of a flight that forms part of a package does not automatically entitle you to a refund of your entire package travel arrangement cost from us.
We do our best to ensure that all prices shown on our Website and travel proposals are correct and kept up to date. However, occasionally incorrect costs may be listed due to an error. In such cases we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of the correct price. If you do not wish to accept the correct price notified to you, you will be given the choice of alternative travel arrangements at the original price or to receive a full refund of all monies paid at that date.

Insurance

We recommend that you take out travel insurance. Our staff are trained to offer you the best policy for your travel needs. Please note that you will be required to pay your insurance premium at the same time as your deposit.
The insurance quotation is only valid if passengers are resident in the UK, and are below 65 years of age, without any medical problems.

Force Majeure

We accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage or alterations, delay or changes arising from unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial action, dispute including air traffic control, terrorist activity, natural and nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports, stations or ports, cancellations of schedules by schedule airline or train operator.
